Procesos empresariales en Cloud: aplicación en Recursos Humanos

Esta investigación analiza el grado de satisfacción de las organizaciones que deciden implementar sus procesos de Recursos Humanos en un sistema Cloud HR, contrastando el resultado del proceso de transformación digital con el estadio previo (aplicaciones On-premise o herramientas manuales). El análisis se ha llevado a cabo mediante la indagación inicial del marco teórico existente para el ámbito de las soluciones HRIS en entornos Cloud, y mediante el estudio cualitativo de las experiencias de varias empresas que ya han realizado -parcial o totalmente- este proceso de transformación y migración a soluciones Cloud HR. Este análisis aporta hallazgos y aprendizajes relevantes: la satisfacción con el proceso de transformación es en general alta y se vincula al grado de apoyo e involucración de todos los estamentos de la empresa -especialmente la Dirección- en el proyecto de transformación; la reducción de costes asociada a estas soluciones se traduce principalmente en la simplificación del ecosistema de sistemas satélites y locales en una única herramienta, y para los recursos internos de la empresa no se refleja como una reducción de coste sino como la conversión de sus esfuerzos en tareas de valor añadido para la organización. En contra, se observa la falta de capacidad de customización de estas herramientas y la altísima dependencia del proveedor de software. En conclusión, las organizaciones consultadas confirman que, en líneas generales, están satisfechas con las soluciones Cloud HR implementadas y sus beneficios son perceptibles, destacando los principales factores que han permitido su adopción exitosa.
