Changes and Situation of Structural Analysis. The Sustainability Issue

El presente trabajo se plantea la vigencia de los usos estructurales en economía. Con este fin, se han diferenciado tres formas de interpretar las estructuras (convencional, abierta y unificadora), a partir de su aceptación o no del consenso sobre la economía convencional. Tras analizar los cambios y situación de los componentes y la totalidad, la relación entre agencia y estructura, y la permanencia, se han expuesto las interpretaciones de los tres enfoques al respecto. El trabajo ha revelado que, actualmente, los aspectos críticos están relacionados con la emergencia de propiedades sistémicas y la irreductibilidad de sus poderes causales. También están vinculados a las formulaciones evolutivas (como la morfogénesis) y la pérdida de especificidad de individuo o estructura, así como a la combinación con aspectos históricos e institucionales. Con el fin de exponer su utilización en la práctica, se han examinado estos aspectos en la literatura relacionada con la sostenibilidad, según la interpretación de Ostrom.
